Jessica L. Villar focuses her practice on nonprofit law, estate planning, and business and corporate transactional matters. She began her legal career in 2017 as an entertainment attorney specializing in music law, later expanding her expertise into broader areas of business and corporate law. Jessica holds a degree in International Business and Marketing from Cal Poly Pomona and earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School. Her background in both entertainment and corporate law offers clients a unique and valuable perspective.
Nicole M. Threlkel brings over a decade of experience in business and real estate law, with a strong background in both litigation and transactional matters. She began her legal career in 2010 representing financial institutions and has since built a diverse practice advising individuals, businesses – both for-profit and nonprofit – and homeowners’ associations on a wide range of legal needs. Nicole received her B.A. from UCLA in Political Science and her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. Her work in appellate law has garnered national recognition, underscoring her commitment to her practice.
